Year 5/6 STEM
Whilst most of the classes were out at Young Voices, the remainder of Class 5 and 6 embarked on a STEM challenge. They were tasked with designing something you could take camping.
We had to think outside of the box; would this be a normal camping trip or perhaps a Chevening Bushcraft trip? Would we be camping up a mountain, in Antarctica or even in space?!
The children worked in mixed age groups to design their items, which ranged from mobile homes and floating tents to 3D maps and marshmallow toasters!
