Book Week 2020: Guess the Staff Shelfie!
Each year, we play an active role in the Advent Day of Prayer in St Botolph's Church.
Advent's Present was the theme for 2019; the school's Worship Team worked with Mrs Mclean to consider the role of Joseph in the Christmas story as our contribution to one of the Prayer Stations in church.
As well as being able to visit the Church with their families, Key Stage 2 children were able to pause and reflect on Joseph and the other Prayer Stations before the KS2 Christmas Carol Service.
Act of Worship with the HiStory Troupe
Bishop Given visited in Summer 2019 to update us on life in Mpendo, with news of a new school. When we heard about the growing concerns for a poor harvest, we prayed for more rain!
