Thorpe Park STEAM trip
We have had an AMAZING day at Thorpe Park for the ACS STEAM 2022 event! To earn rides, we had to take part in activities around the park which had either a Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths focus. We did everything from feeding donkeys to programming robots! We saw Lewis Hamilton's Formula 1 card and a vehicle which is attempting to break the land speed record. It was a brilliant day with lots of learning and fun.
Today we have been capturing our learning from our trip, thinking about the applications of STEM that we saw throughout the park both in terms of the rides and the activities.
