Reading

Reading is an essential part of our learning in Class 1. We will aim to listen to your child read once a week on a 1:1 basis. Shared reading and guided reading will happen daily. 

 

We encourage the children to change their own home reading books 3 times a week. Please ensure that your child’s book bag contains their reading books and 'Reading Record' every day.
