World Mental Health Day
This week we thought about kindness and how it effects us as well as others. Here is our box of 'Random Acts of Kindness' that we can dip in to in order to make someone's time more joyful.
We have also been joining in with the 'mile' on Thursdays and have noticed how exercise can be a useful tool in improving our mental health. What's more - it's fun!
Sharing things together with friends is also great for our mental health.
Here we managed to demolish the Parthenon in a most delicious way!
