Welcome to the 2025 Chevening Code-Breaking Competition Story!

You may remember the VE 75 Code-breaking competition we launched 5 years ago called 'A ChVEning AdVEnture'. It was a story based in Chevening and included research of the events in our village during WW2.  Well now, the main characters Sarah and James are back in a new adventure to mark the 80th anniversary of VE day. Each week a new chapter will be released which contains a code to break. If you solve it, email Mr Qureshi with the secret code word to get onto the leaderboard. (Each secret code word also unlocks a special page on the website.) You are welcome to work in a team of up to 4 children.  

The first chapter will be released on 8th May at 6pm.
