After reading the Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch, Class 2 tried their hands at designing and creating their own delicious yet healthy sandwiches for a very hungry Mr Grinling.  They put both their culinary skills and scientific knowledge to the test, ensuring the sandwiches they made were balanced and nutritious.  We just hope they safely made the journey home and weren't eaten by any seagulls!
