We have been diving into the enchanting world of The BFG by Roald Dahl, where dreams shimmer and anything feels possible. The children discovered the wonder of dream jars, just like the ones the BFG uses to catch sparkling dreams as they float through the night. Each child created their own jar, decorating it with bright colours and glittering sparkles, turning every jar into a tiny treasure of magic. Inside, they tucked special dream notes, filling them with pictures and words describing the extraordinary dreams they would love to have such as dreams of unicorns, smiling sock machines, and exploring worlds yet unseen. We also listened to captivating moments from the story, whispered our dreams to friends as if sharing precious secrets, and even pretended to mix swirling, glowing dreams in our very own ‘dream laboratory.’
