We kicked off our Diwali celebrations early with a special themed day dedicated to learning about this vibrant festival. The children explored the meaning of Diwali for Hindu people and enjoyed listening to the story of Rama and Sita, which helped us understand why Diwali is known as the festival of light. As part of our creative activities, we made our own diya lamps and had lots of fun designing colourful rangoli patterns.
