Class 5 have been having the most cracking time in Computing this term, as they have taken on the role of becoming cryptographers.  They began by exploring and taking on the challenge of communicating through different signals and codes.  It was flags at the ready as they sent messages across to one another using semaphore before moving on to the binary morse code.  Next, the children will turn their attention to looking at different ciphers before learning the all-too-important e-safety knowledge of how to create strong passwords, which themselves will prove difficult to crack.
