3.Running on the spot
1. The Crocodile. You have to lay on your side, legs straight and stacked on top of one another. Next you are going to lift the top leg up and hold it there for 5 seconds and then bring it back down. Have five goes for each leg.
2. The Bridge. Lie down like a long sausage. Bend your knees and out your feet on the ground. Then put your elbows up, palms on the floor, fingers pointing at your shoulders. And push up with all your might. If you can lift one leg up and hold it for 3 seconds. Then the next one.
3. Freedom from quarantine. Start on the floor, hugging your knees like a meatball. Then roll back and forward five times. On the fifth roll back, lunge forwards into standing and do a great big happy jump.
4. The sausage roll. Lie down on the floor. You're the sausage! Clench your tummy muscles and roll along five times. Then roll back to the start and repeat 3 times.

Have your arms down by your side whilst holding a tin of baked beans in each hand, then lift your arms up to shoulder level, then change to bring both arms up in front to chest level (2 exercises)
