Welcome to Class 1 2021 - 2022

Meet the Team

We are a fun and dedicated team in Class 1 who work closely together to provide an engaging curriculum.

Mr Langston: Class Teacher on Monday and Tuesday

Miss Levy: Class Teacher on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Mrs Miller: Teaching Assistant every morning

Important information

Every day, your child will need to bring a water bottle, book bag and waterproof coat to school. Please bring wellies at the start of Term 1 to leave at school for outdoor learning and Forest School.

We do PE on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Please make sure that your child has named PE kit that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. A jumper and longer trousers for colder weather would be ideal.

Forest School

This takes place on a Monday afternoon.

Homework

This will consist of Reading (daily) and a weekly Maths and Phonics task linked to our class learning. Homework will be given out on a Friday and should be returned by Wednesday.

Hygiene

We will continue to wash our hands regularly throughout the school day and will be cleaning the classroom tables frequently.
