Amazing Africa
We have absolutely loved being on Safari this term. We have been exploring the continent 'Africa'.
We have enjoyed reading lots of books set in Africa and in particular; Kenya. We began by reading 'Lila and the secret of rain'. This is a beautiful book that inspired much discussion and creative writing for both our home and in school learners. We then explored 'The Hunter' by Paul Geraghty. This book captured our imagination and we spent some time getting to know 'The Big 5'.
