On the of 17th July 2024 Chevening School relocated to The Stag theatre in Sevenoaks and performed Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat to a packed theatre. It was a truly magical night of singing, dancing, drama and story telling. The whole school had the opportunity to be part of this epic production, including parents, carers and local businesses. The rehearsals began in January. The whole school gathered to learn a new song each week. Each class spent time choreographing dances for the show with Classes 5 & 6 taking on the main singing and acting roles. There were multiple teams of children and adults that worked on costumes, set, sound, lighting and behind the scenes on the night of the show. Each class found creative ways to raise money that went towards costumes and set. We enjoyed receiving such a variety of well-wishes from famous faces. It was certainly a night to remember!
