We have been learning about VE Day. We thought about this in worship, reflecting on the importance of remembering the events of the war even 80 years on. We were lucky to have a visit from Mrs Watson, who shared her experiences of living during the war and VE Day itself. We are very grateful to her for giving her time to us.
