This week we took our plant learning outdoors by linking the different parts of a plant to the parts of a tree. Our curiosity then led us to focus closely on leaves. We discovered that tree leaves come in many different shapes and sizes, and we had great fun looking carefully and identifying trees by their leaves. To finish our learning, we chose our favourite leaf and created beautiful imprints, capturing its unique shape and patterns.
