As we continue to write diary entries about the Great Fire of London in English, we have had a big focus on vocabulary.  First, we imitated and moved in the way flames do. From this and after a few games of charades, we collected a great bank of words - dance, soar, flicker, blaze, leap, flare and smoulder, to name but a few!
