One of the new literary genres which we will take time to explore is newspaper reports.  We have started by studying and identifying their features. Later we will move on to writing various Roman-themed recounts of our own.  We will be covering everything from sporting chariot racing to the more tantalising gossip of Agrippina and the deeds she got up to.  We will collate all the different articles together to form a Roman Record and conclude by writing a newspaper report on the volcanic eruption which happened in Pompeii.
